To complete your booking, follow the 4 Step process to the end. Your booking will remain “TENTATIVE” until payment has been made within 7 days.

Please note there are extreme dangers from falling snow and ice from the roof of the lodge during the winter months. Can you advise your whole party to keep away from the outside walls of all buildings and children should be supervised when playing in the snow near the lodge.

Terms & Conditions

Payments

We accept:

·         Visa & Master Card

·         Electronic Funds Transfer (refer to conformation email from bookings website)

·         Cheques to be made payable to Benmore Ski Club; PO Box 2039 Mt. Waverley. Vic. 3149

Payment Terms

·         Full payment is due within 7 days of booking.

·         If booking is made within 7 days of first night, payment is due as soon as you receive Tentative Booking email
 

Cancellations

·         More than 28 days prior – refund less $50.00 booking fee

·         14-28 days prior 50% of total booking refunded

·         less than 14 days prior – no refund

·         Bookings cancelled due to Mt Buller Ski Guarantee will incur $50.00 booking fee

·         Bookings are covered by the Mt. Buller Ski Guarantee. Check full details in the Mt. Buller brochure or on the Mt. Buller Website www.mtbuller.com.au

Children

All school students up to Year 12 are classified as children

No children under 5 years of age

Check In & Out

CHECK IN is strictly 5:00 PM*

CHECK OUT is strictly 4:00 PM** SUMMER 1:00 PM

 *if you arrive early bags can be left in the basement downstairs, but there is no access to the living areas or bedrooms until check-in time

In order to use the Benmore Ski Club website, we may require information from you in order to

Any details collected from Benmore Ski Club customers is required in order to provide you with our

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our Club

purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such

Benmore Ski Club may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site

Benmore Ski Club inc. Delivery Policy

Accommodation.

After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your payment

details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm your booking after we have

received payment from eWAY. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking within a week of payment,

contact us at bookings@benmoreskiclub.com

Benmore Ski Club inc. Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your stay at Benmore Ski Club, contact Benmore Ski Club via

bookings@benmoreskiclub.com within 2 days of your stay, so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to cancellation made by you. Cancellations are covered under our

cancellation policy and snow guarantee policy found on our web site www.benmoreskiclub.com
